Houston and Debbie Hogg have been foster parents for more than 18 years and has fostered more than 300 children. Watch this video to see how they feel about dedicating their lives to kids in crisis. The Hoggs, foster parents from Sunrise's Western Region Foster Care, traveled to Texas in July 2008 to a Foster Family-Based Treatment Association conference as recipients of the FFBTA’s Leadership Legacy Scholarship. They were nominated by WRFC program director Kenny Williams.
