Sunrise is pleased to offer a Medicaid approved case management curriculum which includes a 6 hour Children with Severe Emotional Disabilities training. This training is provided by our highly trained staff and includes an intensive focus on the WRAP-around service model and ways to engage our clients to improve outcomes through case management services. These are Medicaid approved trainings are required to be taken within 6 months of the start of providing services as a case manager.
During these trainings, you will be introduced to concepts to assist in formulating your initial strengths and needs assessment as well as how to document services rendered, improve engagement with clients and explore treatment planning strategies. Trainings are held on our Danville campus, 400 Cunningham Way, Danville. Lunch is on your own. There are many local restaurants to choose from or you may bring your lunch as a kitchen is onsite.
Directions: Turn onto Cunningham Way. Our driveway is on the right, immediately before the park entrance. After turning into our driveway, turn right at the stop sign. The road will then curve to the left and you will come to a crossroads. Our building will be directly in front of you to the right of the crossroads- The Sanders Center (brick building). There are signs directing you to Family Services. You can park in the small lot on the left side of the building or behind our building (just take the lane that runs in front of our building and will take you to the back parking lot. You can enter in the back door or the door on the left side of the building. There are doorbells at each entrance.
